• Yea legal size paper can be used. On the front left side of the paper tray there is a slide that will allow you to lay the paper tray down. Once that is done you will be able to print legal size

• This HP Printer is compatible with Legal size media.

• Yes download a free copy of Avery and if they have a number for it it will print, I always use Avery they make most of all the print stock out there.
