• As long as it is on your wi-fi it seamlessly scans to another computer on the wi-fi network

• Mine works wirelessly. I use the software tools that came with the printer.

• This device will scan wirelessly as long as you have the software set up on the computer you want to scan to. It is very simple. The screen walks you right through it. When you press scan to computer, it will list all the devices set up with the printer and you touch the one you want to scan to. It's great!

• You should be able to do both with this printer. You can either plug it into your computer with a USB cord or print wireless. Thanks!
