A:AnswerI've read through the answers below and found many to be inaccurate so I checked HP's site for the exact info for this printer. Here's a link for you to read yourself that this printer WILL print UP TO 17x19 sheets which INCLUDES 12x12. I'm glad I checked! I will be buying one! Woohoo!

A:AnswerAs long as they are not continues form checks. It is really more of a function of the software you are using and if it has templates for pre printed checks. This printer like most will print were it's told to print by the check printing software.

Best buy has some great prices on these cartridges and there are sperate cartridges for yellow, cyan and magenta allowing you to save money because you only have to replace the cartridge color that is out of ink instead of replacing a single color cartridge
