Bring it to Geek squad. It comes with one year warranty from manufacturer too. If you got added warranty geek guys will help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchased the protection plan through Geek Squad, then you can take it back into the store to switch it out. Other than that, there is a one year manufacturer warranty that you can use. You would have to send your printer to HP for service.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it is under manufacturer warranty, HP will replace it with a refurbished printer (contact them via the website and if they can't fix it). However, they will also need a credit card to do this. They said I would not be charged unless they did not receive my original printer. That concerns me right there. Best Buy will not assist in the replacement or warranty unless you bought their extended (I tried and the manager would not help me in any way). Mine quit working as well and I bought it less than 4 months ago. I have not had a good experience with HP. Hope you have better luck than me.
