Does this printer offer the choice of black only printing? I hate to use up all the color ink if its not required. null

It must because I was printing from my laptop, and the option appeared on my screen to print color or b/w. I have a Mac laptop.

In the Print screen, click on Properties and then click on the Paper/Quality tab. Under Color, choose Black & White to print without using color.

Yes ! I just got mine up today. So I tried the printing and did it in black and white. It can even scan a paper and email it.

I HAVE AN OLDER HP PRINTER & ALL I PRINT ARE BLACK INK DOCUMENTS & I STILL HAD TO REPLACE THE COLOR CARTRIDGES WITHOUT PRINTING ANY COLOR COPIES. HOPE THIS PRNTER DOESN'T DO THAT. PERHAPS THE GOVERNMENT STEPPED IN ON THIS ONE,,
