• I can say that this printer is more on the quiet side. had a epson and returned it for another issue but the sound compared to that epson, this hp is really low on the noise level

• I don't feel the printer is as noisy as most printers are. We've had Epson printers prior to this HP printer and they were nosier as they printed.
