I suggest you do what I did the first time I had a serious paper jam (after I thought I had removed the jam but still got an error message), go to You Tube and watch a detailed video for your particular printer. They actually have how-to videos on just about everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Before I put the blank paper, I blow some air a little bit so the paper con go smooth while printing one by one and no too much paper in the basket. When is printing, if you heard funny noise, cancel the printing, pull the paper slowly with both hand and straight. If it is hard, I'll take to Geek Squad to fix maybe try via phone or go to Best Buy. Honesty, I'm not a computer person. Look first if you can see why the jam, then start to pull as I mention above.
