A:AnswerThe photo quality is OK, but not what we old timers are used to with photo printers or the next line that had a photo black ink. Use good quality photo paper & for most applications, you will probably be satisfied.

I've only printed on #10 envelopes, but you can set the printer for all of the following envelopes: #10 (4.1 x 9.5"), 6 3/4 (3.63 x 6.5"), Monarch (3.88 x 7.5"), A2 (111 x 146mm), DL (110 x 220mm), C5 (162 x 229mm), C6 (114 x 162mm), Japanese envelope Chou #3 (120 x 235mm), and Japanese Envelope Chou #4 (90 x 205mm).
A:AnswerI just recently got this so I haven't tested it yet but I haven't heard of any printer that can't do this. I've owned another HP and Cannon previously and both printed black just fine when the color ran out. You just need to select black only in the print page.
A:AnswerI am sure it will be fine as I had AT&T phone tech out three days ago on different matter and we discussed land line and how my old printer didn't have fax, etc. He checked our old phone jacks and changed out an antique one but never mentioned I might have issues because we have uVerse.
