I don't think it would fit under most couches. It's a shade over 15" tall and very heavy. You'd probably want to store it someplace where you don't have to move it. Remember this one can handle large paper, up to 11"x17", so that adds to the footprint.

Depth: 18.4 inches

Those dimensions are accurate as it sits. If you load it with 11x17" paper the input tray sticks out and the depth increases to 21". If you extend the output paper shelf all the way out, the depth can reach 27.5".

The printer is 221/2 inches long by 151/2 inches wide by 21 inches tall.. I don't think it will fit under your couch

This unit is big. It is 14 3/4 inches high. It is 22 3/4 inches wide and 18 inches deep. I do not think it would ever fit under any couch.
