You are probably not putting it in the lowest opening. I had the same issue at first. Make sure that it is at the very bottom of the printer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Replacing the paper tray requires patience in aligning it. A big help is to have a flat surface in front of the printer even with the bottom of the printer.
