• Yes. I actually have it connected to 2 computers. 1 wireless and the other with a usb.

• Yes. I have it wireless for my tablet but hooked directly into my desktop.

• Yes, but I don't believe it came with the USB cable required to do that. I had one from my old printer, so I used that. But yes, absolutely it can be wired into your desktop.
