- Answer Make sure printer is on...open door from front left upper side just under logo pull tab towards you. Cartridges will slide left in front you and will come in front of you on heads to pull and remove. for convenience, replacement numbers are listed on inside panel.

- Answer Good question. You cannot use magnetic ink with this printer. It is only compatible with the 950/951 ink cartridge system. I hope this helps.

Questionprinter headThe printer screen indicated my printer head was missing not responding. I followed instructions and unplugged the printer also removed then replaced the ink cartridges. The HP support said the print head on my 6600 could not be replaced. Is there a printer available that you may remove and clean the print head if needed. I will be replacing this one.

- Answer I just tried this and the only option was to print "Photos". This makes sense as documents are going to need software to interpret them and fonts built in. Photos are a graphic image so you are only printing "dots". I would image there is a limitation on what kind of graphic files will also be recognized. The manual does not mention what type of "photos" can be printed.
