“Any one else have issues wih the printer going offline? have installed, reinstalled the software, rebooted and updated my PC (Windows 10) and still no resolution. It prints the page, but keeps showing offline as it thinks its asleep.”

• This has not happened to our new 8710, but that was happening to our old 8610 after we had a lightening strike that took out the fax capability. We have it set up with an IMac .
