• Yes because you don't need that outdated software, you don't have that printer anymore and it will give you extra room on your hard drive for you new software.

• If you no longer have the Epson there is no need to keep the software. I recommend removing it

• You won't be able to use the Epson software, but you don't necessarily have to delete it. It won't interfere with the HP software.
