Never us e and off-brand. Only buy what is made for your printer - even the ones that are refilled by your favorite box store. They gum up and will ruin your printer. I tried it and got the same message. Printer went to the recycler. Couldn't use it any more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.HP has a chip in their cartridge and their sensor won't recognize a no HP cartridge, even if it is a 'refilled' one. The ink is expensive for the HP printers, even at Costco and Wal-Mart.
