• This is one of the reasons I chose the hp omen15 over the g14! as 8gb ram is soldered and only 1tb of ssd. In short yes both sticks can be upgraded as well as an extra slot for an ssd. with relative ease? not sure, youtube videos suggest is upgrade-friendly tho!

• Yes. The internal storage and RAM can be upgraded with ease. All you have to do is open up the bottom and replace the RAM sticks with another kit and the storage can be upgraded using an m.2 drive. There is space for up to 2 m.2 drives.

• It opens exactly the same way and I believe the chassis are all the same. It is easy, has 2x8gb Samsung 3200 in it and a micron 512 nvme (yes there is a 2nd nvme slot)
