I don't think you can overclock the memory from BIOS. I'd recommend get a pair of crucial DDR4-3200 for upgrade. Not all the brand/type of DDR4-3200 can be recognized as 3200Mhz and run @3200Mhz. I got crucial CT2K16G4SFRA32A (16GB x2) and run 3200Mhz without any issue.
