• Zero compatibility issues, go crazy! I immediately popped a 16gb Kingston RAM & an extra 1TB Evo in mine.

• Yes, you can remove one of the modules and replace it with one with a higher capacity. Mixing brands shouldn't be a problem, but you may not see quite the same speed as you would if you had two of the larger modules install
