There are settings for fan control, though put it on max, when playing. Auto is terrible it really doesn’t help you cool it down. I’d say custom is also bad because in order to make the fans go somewhat fast to cool it, you’ll have to do something that requires your cpu a lot.

normally when windows fail to boot will give you a message or find a way to by pass the problem before doing anything (happen to me i was getting Blue screen and rebooted 2 times before Windows actually booted normally the 3rd time.)
