Thank you for your question on the Omen heating issue. The cause is from a bug in the Omen Gaming Hub software that causes a high temperature warning even at normal operating temperatures. The way to remedy this is to update the Omen Gaming Hub software to at least version OGH 1101.2406.3.0.
