Does this have a MUX switch? null

Internal - in gaming center is the only way - it has Advanced Optimus (3 setting opts) So no extra Nvidia control center with this, it is integrated into the Omen Gaming Center & there is your opts on GPU(s)

Effectively, it does. The integrated graphics on the motherboard were automatically disabled by the installed RTX 3070 card.
