A:Answer HP hasn't technically announced this product yet, they sent product information to Best Buy pre-release. The only other place online that this model is mentioned is in HP's warranty policy, which I'm assuming gets updated per-quarter or per-year as well. Through speaking with a representative, I was able to find out they usually send specifications, images, MSRP, etc. to retailers about 1.5 - 2 months beforehand. That being said, I'm not sure if they meant its shipped around that time or its put on shelves in that time, cause there's usually a difference. I would just keep checking back until the years out (I can't imagine they wait until AFTER the holidays, naturally).
I tried speaking with HP Sales on this and they denied anything about color options for the OMEN 16 and tried turning me towards third parties that offer laptop skins.
Alternatively, I believe HP has a newsletter that may eventually contain information on the 2021 HP Omen 16, might be worth signing up for if you're really eager to get this machine.
Otherwise, there's the black 15.6" model that has very similar specs with a slightly smaller size.
