Yes; both NVM-E slots of the motherboard can operate at PCI-E 4.0. Just be aware the lane count of the Core i7 11800H is 20, meaning the DGPU can operate at x16 PCI-E 4.0 and both NVM-E slots (x4 4.0) which means if you occupy both with 4.0 SSDs something will either lower its lane count (like the DGPU to x8 for example) or one of the SSDs from the CPU to the chipset (which operates at PCI-E 3.0)
