Can the memory be upgraded? null

Good question. The memory cannot be upgraded on this laptop. The RAM slots are not user accessible. but, if laptop have 1 ram with 8 gb and 1 ram with 4, why you cant updated and switch another 8 gb memory?

I believe so since I think I read that there are two slots for the memory.
