- Answer Yes. There are 4 rows of sockets for RAMs. The 1st and 3rd rows are occupied. So, you can use the remaining two available rows.

QuestionBought this PC and finished setup. But got warning message "We can't activate Windows on this device right now. You can try activating again later or go to the Store to buy genuine Windows. Error Code: 0x80072EE2". Why can't I activate this new PC?

- Answer Contacted HP support and he asked me to issue a command to get the product key. After re-entering the product key, I finally activated my Windows license successfully.

- Answer Unfortunately, the discounts are put on the products by the retailers, and they typically give us very little notice. I've looked and I'm not seeing any notice from Best Buy that says they're going to end the discount on a certain date.

QuestionHow many RGB fans does it have? And how do you change the RGB color?

- Answer The system has 1 RGB fan on the CPU, RGBs on the ram, and the RGB light on the logo. This can all be changed in Omen light studio. Alternatively, if you hate bloatware as much as I do, OpenRGB would let you control everything except the ram. SignalRGB likely would do something, but not tested.

QuestionI want to upgrade the power supply from the stock 500W power supply. Is the current PSU an ATX model and will any other ATX PSU fit in the case and have the proper cable attachments? What factors do I need to consider when looking for a compatible PSU?

- Answer The only real need to upgrade PSU is if you want to upgrade other components. You likely won't see a performance increase otherwise. Yes, it's standard ATX so any other standard ATX should fit fine. What this PSU feeds is so basic that the stock cables which come with most any PSU should be more than sufficient. Not all 80+ or gold PSUs are created equal. Try to use a trusted and reputable brand. Coolermaster and Thermaltake are both solid options.
