“I have CORSAIR - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2PK x 8GB) 2400MHz DDR4 C16 DIMM Desktop Memory - Black and when I put them into the pc it gets stuck trying to boot up or gives me a blue screen saying there was a thread error. Is the ram uncompatable.”

Thank you for your question! I recommend reaching out to HP Support directly to troubleshoot this issue. The specs state it is compatible with up to 64GB of RAM, either 8GB or 16GB DDR4 UDIMMs, up to PC4-23400 (DDR4-2933 MHz).
