“if were to upgrade to 16 gb of ram 3200 mhz will it go to 3200 mhz or be slower and can i overclock”

• No way to overclock. Nothing in the bios.

• The installed RAM is running at 3200 mhz. You should not see any slow down if you install the same speed memory.
