You may be able to. The motherboard is the Moria 3 which I believe is HP proprietary. The specs state: Micro ATX, channel board exchangeable Dimensions: 9.45 x 9.45 in. I know that HP sometimes uses modified(custom) front panel connections for the power switch, HDD LED, and power LED. You would have to verify you can connect the front panel cables for these functions to the new motherboard. Also, you would have to purchase a new Windows product key if you replace the motherboard. I believe that a best practice is to replace the case and power supply when replacing the motherboard (MB). You don't have an HP PC anymore when you replace the MB.
