“My pc won’t turn on I’m pressing the power button and it just simply won’t turn on. I unplugged it from the power cord and tried and it didn’t work. Everything else connected to the power cord is fine .”

On the back of the computer near where the power cord goes in should be a little switch that controls power going to the power supply (and then to the rest of the computer. Try flipping that and seeing if that corrects the problem. If it doesn't, you'll need to contact the HP support team so they can troubleshoot the problem.
