It can, but if you ever have issues, they'll want the original card back in the PC. So beware of doing any updates to this "gaming PC". I updated PSU and cooling, and they want me to send the whole thing back in stock state, likely because they will swap it with a refurb or replacement. Not good for gamers who like to upgrade things.
