There are two, but the second one is in use; the RealTek controller that controls WiFi and Bluetooth is in that slot out of the box. If you plan to connect via Ethernet and you don't need/want Bluetooth, you can remove the RealTek controller to free up that port. Otherwise, you have a 3.5" SATA bay you can use for a SATA SSD instead.
