HP has basically bastardized the RTX 2060 and give you a junky version. What buyers think they are getting is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 https://www.nvidia.com/content/geforce-gtx/GEFORCE_RTX_2060_User_Guide.pdf What you actually get NOT the same thing. HP makes their own version with NVIDIA GEFORCE and the PN is NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2060 Graphics HP PN: L34259-001 I would not recommend this PC . HP trickery
