Q: QuestionI've recently bought this model and so far, can't complain. The only real issue I have is the temperature nearly being a hundred degrees on some games. Is There any way I can specifically improve in cooling down the hardware?

• A:Answer I run heavy games on 60 fps and high graphics although it can run ultra and with way better fps. I have no problems with temperature being over 70c personally. if I were you I would start a live chat with Geek Squad. But you can always invest in more fans or a different cooling system.

Q: QuestionWhat's the distributor for the graphics card (Rtx 2060)? I get it's a Geforce Nvidia, but is it an evga? msi? gigabyte? asus? etc. I've never seen this type of RTX 2060 and was wondering so I can sell and have a description for it/look up prices. Thanks.

Q: QuestionCan I add a 1tb ssd drive without removing what is installed? . Or do I need to clone a drive replace? How many Sata connections?

• A:Answer Unfortunately, both of the internal drive bays are occupied by the two drives (the 1 terabyte HDD anad the 256 gigabyte SSD). You'd need to replace one of the drives with the 1 terabyte unit. I'm not seeing any specs on the number of SATA connections, but since you'd be replacing one drive with another, you'd use the same SATA connections.
