• Thanks, John. Unfortunately, HP does not control Best Buy's website. We've let them know that the panel technology is VA, and we do not have a schedule as to when you will see the correction on their site. Please reach out to Best Buy directly for further assistance.

• Dunno, but I can definitely verify it is most definitely *NOT* an IPS panel. It is a VA panel. Best Buy does need to fix this to avoid confusion and misleading customers.
