Q: QuestionI'm getting a max resolution of 2560 x 1440 with an HDMI 2.0 cable from my laptop at 60 hertz. Why am I unable to get 3440 x 1440?

• A:Answer If your laptop is like my wife's, you will never hit 3440x1440 on the HDMI port. If you have an Intel integrated graphics chip, they just can't get that high. Got a "j5create - USB-C to HDMI 2.1 8K" and now her laptop is able to hit 3440x1440 at 100Hz.

• A:Answer Hello, thank you for your question. This monitor comes with one 3.5 audio jack, but no microphone option as this audio jack is audio out only. A microphone would not work with this device, but headphones for audio will.
