- Answer I am sorry that the monitor is not working to your satisfaction. The HP Support team has the expertise to look into why the card is not displaying via the DisplayPort connector and even offer a resolution.

QuestionRecently bought this monitor but having a issue with ghosting on native color settings but less ghosting on gaming setting am I missing a setting I love the monitor but this is affecting gameplay considerably (using Nvidia card)

- Answer Thanks for your question Ryland! This HP OMEN 34" monitor is rated for QHD (3440 x 1440) which is different than 4k resolution. It can go uo to 165fps, for all of your gaming needs, on either console.
