“I just got this computer from Best Buy the RAM is not RGB lighted and the specs say its supposed to be. How do I get the RAM swapped out to RGB? Pretty disappointed.”

• I assure you the RAM is NOT RGB it’s heat sink ram. See the picture for yourself. That’s not hyperx rgb.

• The RAM is RGB, but that function may be turned off. You can check in the UEFI settings to see if that's the case, and turn the RGB capability on in there. If that's not the case, please talk to the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy to see about getting it replaced.
