Would a 165hz monitor be good for this pc? null

It depends what you want to do with the system. If we assume you want to play games and you limit the monitor to 1080p, then yes, this system could push out 165 fps for titles like Valorant, Rocket League, CS: GO, Fortnite... This PC would struggle to push 165 fps at 4k for most modern titles I imagine, unless you turn the visual quality settings way down.
