A:Answer While the PCIEx16 slot probably supports them, a micro-atx motherboard is not suited for cards this large and it would be unlikely they would fit in the case. 3080 and 3090's are quite large and heavy. My 3070 is 13.1" long and required a weight bracket on a standard ATX motherboard in a larger case.
You'd be looking at a PSU upgrade, a weight support bracket, a new motherboard, and a new case. Sounds worse than it is, can get all of that for 200-500$ depending on quality/brand - mostly with the motherboard, which should be ATX or full-sized, and AM4 to match this AMD processor.
Still a good deal. But, apparently, when something is in stock in my area it magically runs out of stock at checkout, despite displaying in stock everywhere else.
