How much storage are you wanting to add? I know from pictures the board shows 1 m.2 drive slot but the wording on description says no m.2 installed and only and SSD which m.2 is SSD just different form factor so maybe the description is off. if it has a manual for that motherboard check it see how many m.2 it supports and you can easily add m.2. just find where they are and how to get to them and plug them in easiest ones to install. and if you have 3.5 bays they also usually will have holes to mount the 2.5" SSDs and if they dont have holes to mount the 3.5 you can get double sided tape or velco strips to mound them since the SSD doesnt vibrate no will chandce of it shaking loose. But, if you want max storage and cheap just go 3.5 and the skies the limit to how much storage you want vs price.
