Thank you for the questions. The HP Omen GT13-1114 Gaming Desktop is presented with a wired keyboard and mouse, that you'll connect to a USB port. If you prefer Bluetooth, there are options on the market. This PC does not include a monitor. It has two video ports, one HDMI and one DisplayPort. The monitor you purchase will include a cable and nothing special will be required.

Technically they should use either USB or Bluetooth but I would shoot for one with a dongle just to make sure if the Bluetooth isn't working from the start you can navigate to download the drivers. as far as monitor it doesnt come with one either but if you buy a monitor it will work with either a HDMI or DIsplay cable. If you do buy a real computer monitor not just a TV i would suggest using Display cable.
