First off, don't worry about not knowing a lot about computers-if everybody did, a lot of us would be out of work. To answer your question, it's actually a completely sealed system, so you couldn't add to it if you wanted to. That also means it doesn't get low on coolant.

Eventually you might need to replace the whole cooler, but if you plan to effectively continuously watercool this or any other pc, you'll want to get a custom water block and reservoir. That's kind of overkill for a retail pc like this though.
