“Is this now shipping without the RGB cooler? I received mine and the AIO Liquid cooler does not light up like in the photos. A bit disappointing when the product photos clearly show it being lit :(”

We haven't been told that there's been a change to the cooler. It may just be that the default is to have the RGB function turned off. If you check in the UEFI settings, you should find an option to turn the RGB on. If you don't, or if that doesn't change anything, your next option is to contact the HP support team so they can troubleshoot it.
