- Answer According to the specs, there should be 6 USB ports on the back and two on top. If you don't have the two on top, you'll need to contact Best Buy directly to see about an exchange.

- Answer The OMEN Gaming Hub allows you to change the colors or turn off the lights. You can set it up with patterns if you wish as well. Any OMEN accessories would also be controlled through the OMEN Gaming Hub.
