• A:Answer The best Pen for it is the HP Tilt 2. The latest Surface pens don’t work, because they cannot be charged apart from the Surface tablets. Keep in mind, this doesn’t flip all the way back.

• A:Answer Typically not and that's okay, because you wouldn't likely find 9600 MHz RAM anyway. Also, the B390 GPU is in most machines, but those with downgraded RAM from the 9600 MHz are labeled as Arc Graphics and run slower than these.

Q: QuestionIs the SSD user upgradeable? Is it an M.2 2280 form factor? Does it have to be one-sided or can it be double-sided? Does it need to come with a heatsink or does the laptop provide one for the SSD slot?
