“Just received this printer (HP PageWide Pro 477dw) this week and have been regularly scanning documents. Putting less than 20 pages in the document feeder and the pages feed 2-3 at a time and the scans are always skewed. What can I do? Thank you.”

Hello. We are sorry to hear about your issues. We recommend making sure the paper guides in the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) tray on top are almost snug to the paper. If you are still having issues, visit https://support.hp.com for further assistance.
