You may have the blue light filter on. To turn it off, just click the desktop notification button on the bottom right of the taskbar (message symbol) and click "Expand" to show all notification options (may already be expanded), and if "Night light" is highlighted, turn it off. This may be the issue but I'm not sure. Hope this helps.
