Yes, I just purchased it a few days ago and it does have a touch screen and can be used in tablet mode or laptop mode with Windows 11 since it's a 2 in 1 machine. I'm not sure why HP is answering these questions incorrectly about a device that they manufacture.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.How can it NOT be touch screen? I thought 2-in-1's were by definition touch screen, so that you can use it like a tablet by flipping the top portion backward all the way (instead of closing it over the keyboard).
