“I have had trouble connecting to my spectrum and Grande 6e wifi. There different new laptops will connect and then lose connection off and on. My cell phones connects without any problem.”

Thank you for reaching out. The Pavilion 14-ek0013dx has Wi-Fi 802.11ac, which is 5G. Your router should be able to connect and should be backward compatible. Please reach out to Support.HP.com to assist.
