“Does this computer have a backlight to work in the dark”

• You can brighten and darken the screen and the keyboard does have a back light on it that can be turned on and off from the keyboard itself. When it is dark it is better to reduce the light on the screen to lessen eye strain as it is not competing with light from other sources and since it has a backlit keyboard, you do not need the screen to light up the keys to see it.
